Methods
We use traditional learning methods
such as workshops, counselling, coaching and lectures. Our
experience has shown us that this alone doesn't necessarily
give the best possible results.
We therefore supplement our workshops with
a follow-up training program to ensure
the process continues, thus providing successful results.
This is achieved through individual and group coaching and
Internet based studies (e-learning) which are tailor-made
on the basis of individual action plans. The training is developed
by Stepwize and is offered to workshop attendees.
Our methods are based on the following:
Ascertaining the company's/department's

Ascertaining the individual's values
Exposing the individual's talents
Identifying the individual's ambitions and prospects
Analysing and counselling in regard to matching job
design
Developing action plans
Offering follow-up training program
