Stepwize
 For
children it is completely natural: When left up to them, they
do what they enjoy and what they are good at. In other words,
their values and abilities determine their actions, albeit
unconsciously. It can therefore seem a shame that it goes
wrong for many adults. Many are in a situation where they
are not content with their job, even though they obtained
the education and job they wanted. The result is not acceptable
for the individual's quality of life, neither for the company
for which the person works. This is where Stepwize comes into
the picture.
Stepwize is about job design. Job design
might sound like something that applies only to the young
and well educated but this is not the case at all. Actually,
it's about pausing, reflecting on yourself and your daily
life and starting a process that can create a better, more
motivated employee. There are no answer books or out-of-the-box
solutions and making changes is not necessarily the ultimate
goal or objective. In many cases small changes to existing
jobs can have great effect on motivation and job satisfaction.
 With
varying personalities in mind, Stepwize helps find the job
content that will make job satisfaction flourish in the individual
employees.
