 Stepwize's
background is founded on our own
experience of gaining an improved level of job satisfaction
by concentrating on our values and determining which
skills we enjoy working with. Some years ago, when our
job satisfaction was not as good as it should be, we
were unable to find any useful tools enabling us to
improve our situation. We have developed tools that
draw on this experience and that of interviewed individuals
who have managed to improve their job situation by their
own methods.

Substantial experience in meeting and course
coordination, project management, mediation and
consultation for national (Danish) and international
companies.
This experience has been gained through employment
at The Danish Road Laboratory, FIS (Scottish engineering
company), Aberdeen University and Shell
in Holland and Norway.
Degree: Chemical Engineer.
Studied in Denmark and Scotland.

Mann
Worked in coaching and personal development fields
for many years and has in relation to this a background
as NLP Master Practitioner. Experience in consultation,
management, teaching and product development from
employment at The Danish Road Laboratory, Technology
Institute (Denmark), Coloplast A/S (Denmark) and
CAT Innovation A/S (Denmark).
